What is an AI customer service really?

You probably know that little chat window in the bottom-right of a website. It used to hide fixed menus with buttons, and if your question was not on the list, you got stuck. No. It takes over the simple, recurring questions, so you have time left for the real conversations. If a visitor wants a personal answer, the assistant hands them over to you. So the personal contact stays firmly yours.

Can an assistant like this say the wrong things?
