In short: we don't track you

No trackers, no profiles, no fuss.

We don't want to know who you are or what else you do online. That's why we place no tracking cookies and build no profile of you. You can browse this site without anyone looking over your shoulder.

What we do use

One functional language choice, stored locally in your browser.

To make the site work nicely, we store one small thing in your browser's local storage (localStorage):

• vt_taal, remembers whether you're viewing the site in Dutch or English, so you see the right language straight away on your next visit.

This is not a tracking cookie. It isn't about you as a person, contains no personal data and is never sent anywhere. It simply stays locally in your own browser.

Payments via Mollie

Strictly necessary cookies during checkout.

Buying something? Your payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie. During checkout Mollie may place its own strictly necessary, functional cookies to keep the payment secure and smooth. These cookies exist purely to make paying possible, not to track you.

What we do NOT do

No analytics, no advertising, no profiling.

• No analytics or statistics (so no Google Analytics either).
• No advertising or marketing cookies.
• No social-media cookies or tracking pixels.
• No profiling or automated decision-making about you.

Consent

No banner, because there's nothing to accept.

Because we don't track you and only use strictly necessary and functional storage, we don't need to throw a consent banner at you. You don't have to click anything away or accept anything to use the site.

Managing or clearing it yourself

You stay in control.

You can always remove local storage and cookies yourself through your browser's settings. If you clear the storage, the site forgets your language choice and simply asks for it again. Nothing else is lost.
