Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between VoidTech Solutions OÜ and the client. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

VoidTech Solutions OÜ offers the following services:

• Software development and custom solutions
• Web design and web development
• AI and automation solutions
• Consultancy and advice

3. Quotations and Agreements

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written confirmation by both parties or by commencement of the work.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, we are entitled to:

• Charge statutory interest
• Suspend the work
• Pass on collection costs

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to products developed by us remain with VoidTech Solutions OÜ, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, the client obtains a right of use.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance, or in the absence thereof to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information they have obtained in connection with the agreement. This obligation also applies after termination of the agreement.

8. Applicable Law

Estonian law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Estonia.
